The Optical Systems Division is ITAR registered and provides advanced engineering, prototyping, volume assembly, and high precision optical component fabrication from three locations located within the United States, making it easy to work us on defense programs.

Our assembly facility in Tucson, Arizona is ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485-2003 certified making it the ideal location for high precision system manufacturing. The assembly facility in Tucson also conforms to several clean room and cleanliness standards and is one of the only NIF cleanliness certified facilities in the country. The facility is also FDA registered and routinely audited to FDA standards, reinforcing our capability to take on applications that have the most demanding requirements for quality, cleanliness, and process and document control.

Our Integrated Product Team (IPT) led by a clearly defined Program Manager is ready to engage your project at any point in the process. Through a well organized Stage Gate process tailored for your application and the incorporation of Executive Decision Reviews, Zygo Optical Systems Division will deliver high quality, high performance products on time and on budget.
