|ZYGO MOVES ITS FLYING HEIGHT TEST DIVISION TO NEW FACILITIES|
MIDDLEFIELD, CONNECTICUT (March 19, 1998)........Zygo Corporation (NASDAQ:ZIGO) announced today that it has completed the move of its Flying Height Test Division from Simi Valley to Newbury Park, California. The division has been merged into ZYGO's new facility in Newbury Park which it recently opened as its Machine Vision Group headquarters. Gary K. Willis, president and CEO of ZYGO, commented, "The consolidation of physical facilities into our new Newbury Park location allows us to continue our product development and service of the FHT market while lowering our fixed costs and improving our operating efficiency."
