|Prototype Production Tool Contract Awarded to ZYGO|
MIDDLEFIELD, CT, Feb. 28, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Zygo Corporation (NASDAQ: ZIGO) announced today that it has finalized a contract with one of its major customers to develop prototype production tools and accessories. Revenues of approximately $16 million will be spread over 18 months. This agreement is a follow-on to the second-phase development contract announced in the previous quarter.
