Mx™ License Request

Use this form to request a license for the stand-alone version of Mx™ software (for off-line data analysis). This license is not valid for Mx software on a System Controller that is connected to a ZYGO interferometer or optical profiler.

Please visit the software download page to obtain and install the Mx software before requesting the license key.

After submitting this form, you will receive an email message with a PDF attachment containing the license key, and the start and end dates of the license. You will need to enter the license key and the start and end dates in the Mx "License Keys" window.

Licenses are valid for a period of one year, after which time a new license request must be submitted.

The Hardware ID for your computer is a 10-digit number that you can find after installing and opening Mx Software. Go to "Help", then "Licenses". The Hardware ID is listed in the first column.

You can find what version of Mx is installed by going to "Help" in Mx software, then go to "About Mx". The Mx version is the "Assembly" number listed under "Version Information".
