Annual on-site calibration and certification provides you with the confidence that your Zygo Metrology equipment is measuring accurately. We offer certification and calibration services to maintain the highest level of precision, correlation, traceability and conformity to standards and audits. We minimize the uncertainties of measurements during the development of performance tests, both in the selection of lab standards and in the calibration procedures. Calibrations come with a traceable ISO-17025 compliant certification for ZYGO metrology systems and accessories. Zygo's Metrology Lab is A2LA/ISO-17025 accredited for step height certification plus NIST-traceability and absolute calibrations for ZYGO accessories.
